• 45 degree Double Punch (6 moves)
• Outer Forearm Block

• Reinforcing Block in a Front Stance
• Inverse Ridge Hand
• High Back Elbow (with look)
• Pressure Blocks (4 different ones)
• Low Inverse Palm Heel
• Double Low Inverse Palm Heel

Other:

• Slap Out Fall with Takedown
• shoulder Roll

Self Defense: (White Stripe)

All previous Self Defense

• Control Strikes (Full speed and power but within 2" of target)
• Takedowns (minimum of 4)
• Weapon Attacks
• Pressure Points (minimum 15)
• Joint Locks (minimum 10)
• Chokes (minimum 5)
• "Back off" Drill (Advanced)
• Grappling Match (2 minutes with an Instructor/Upper Belt)
• Sparring Match (2 minutes with an Instructor/Upper Belt)

Form: (Blue Stripe)

Able to Perform all 9 Forms and also doing the following:

• In a different direction
• Say the techniques in the entire form
• Do sitting on a chair
• Doing only the hand or feet techniques

Can earn Yellow stripe by knowing meaning of 2 Forms and telling them to an Instructor

Can earn Silver stripe by knowing meaning of all 9 Forms  and telling them to an instructor.

Black Belt Test Requirements:

• Goals completed (Mind, Body, and Spirit)
  • Courage Challenge (May be before or during Black Belt test)
• Essay Completed
