  • Back off Drill (Intermediate- Basic plus repeating "Back Off", increase intensity)

Form: Yul-Gok (Blue Stripe)

  • All previous forms
  • Yol-Gok
  • Meaning (Can earn Yellow stripe by telling meaning of Form to an instructor)
    • Yul-Goh was the philosopher and scholar Yi nicknamed the "Confucious of Korea"
    • The 38 movements represent his birth place at the 38th degree latitude.
    • The pattern traced on the floor represents the the Chinese symbol for "Scholar"
